Revenue Sharing Video Sites
What are the revenue sharing video sites? Revenue sharing video sites are new videoagregation services, most of them started last year and as the name says they share their ad revenue with users who produce and aggregate video content. Ussually they're powered by AdSense ads and payments goes directly to users adsense accounts (like here). Business models for these sites are not the same, each site has its own specifics and procedures how to share revenue. Some of them share 100% of ad revenue, some 50%, etc.. At some you can upload your own videos, at others you can only share videos from other videohosters, or both. Let's start with Flixya
Flixya advertises itself as "Share everything" site where you can get 100% of AdSense revenue by sharing videos, photos and blog posts. It doesn't need to be your content, but you should have rights to share which means that you can copy embed codes from videohosters which allows sharing, copy blog posts from article directories with remaining sources and share photos with clear copyright and share terms. Magnify.net is a powerful videoaggregator and CMS (content management system). You can create there your own videochannel by aggregating videos from sources like YouTube, DailyMotion, Metacafe, Revver, Veoh, ClipSyndicate, VideoGoogle, Blip and YahooVideo. Also, you can build your own video community with modules/tools like forum and blog. Magnify offers various of earning possibilities. At first, it is powered by AdSense ads, you just put your AdSense code and you get 50% or revenue share. Sharerevmedia is the newest videosite, smaller than others, basis on Joomla CMS with video and social community modules. You can earn there in two ways: by your own AdSense ads and by CPM - per thousand views directly to your PayPal account. Revver
Revver is a viral video network. It's not known as YouTube or DailyMotion but still huge site. It basis on CreativeCommons license, which means that you can upload there only your own videos. They power your videos with ads and share ad revenue between Revver (40%), authors (40%) and sharers (20%). They have a lot of tools to share their videos - embed codes, widgets, RSS and more. There's more videosites which share revenue online, numbers of new grows rapidly every day.
